- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3 cups Shredded zucchini (do not drain)
- 1 1/4 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chunks
Frosting - Vegetarian
- 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup icing sugar (125g)
- 3 tablespoons whole milk
Frosting - Vegan
- 3 tablespoons plant based butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 tablespoon plant based milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup icing sugar (125g)
