  • 3 cups Cauliflower Florets
  • 2 Chipotles in Adobo Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Lime (juiced)
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until the mixture is evenly ground.
  3. Transfer to a greased or parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes, stirring halfway through to prevent over-browning.
