Ingredients
    Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
  • 1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cups neutral oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tablespoon pumpkin spice extract (we use Jenna Rae Cakes'!)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 3/4 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (sometimes I swap half for white chocolate chips)
Instructions
    Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
  1. Preheat oven to 375°. Prepare cookie sheets with parchment paper. In the bowl or your stand mixer, whisk together wet ingredients. Until well combined. Mix in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until combined. Gently mix in the chocolate chips. Scoop out 12 even portions, roughly 1/2 each. Place 6 cookies on each cookie sheet.

  2. Bake for 15-17 minutes, or until the cookies bounce back when tapped in the center of the cookie. Allow the cookies to cool on the pan for about 20 minutes before transferring.
