Crumbl’s Brownie Batter Cookies: Made at Home

Difficulty: Beginner Prep Time 20 min Cook Time 15 min Total Time 35 mins Servings: 12

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In the bowl of your stand mixer cream together all the ingredients BUT the chocolate chips. Mix until your chocolate dough forms. As this is a brownie dough it will be soft. Add in chocolate chips, and mix until evenly mixed through.

  2. Using a large cookie scoop, portion out 12 cookies and roll them into a ball. Repeat with the remaining dough. Flatten the cookie dough by gently pressing it with the palm of your hand so it is in the shape of a hockey puck. Repeat with the remaining dough. Arrange about 6 cookies per pan depending on the size of your pan.

  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges/top are puffed up cracking and no longer shiny. Take care not to overbake or they lose their fudginess. Let cool on the baking sheet before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
